We use three critical inspection processes to ensure quality as below Standard: BIFMA
Test Name: load test (walking test) | Test Name: Abrasion Test | Test Name: Brake fatigue test |
Test Conditon: Wheel for soft materials:running across more than 500 obstacles (height:3% of the wheel diameter) with 1.2 times maximum loading capacity .
Wheel for Hard materials:Running 1500m on smooth surface with 1.2 times maximum loading capacity.
Test Result: No cracks, excessive wear, and axle sleeve can rotate normally, no loose. | Test Conditon: Running 3000m with half of maximum loading capacity. Test Result: The wheel surface - no more than three places have over 0.5 cm2 bubble and wear must not exceed 0.5mm.
| Test Conditon: Dual brake Caster brake 1200 times continuously. Test Result: Brake pad - not broken, de-formative and good elasticity. Rotation brake - in good condition. Brake panel - no loosing and falling off. The wheel surface - not leaving any marks. |
